Hey, my name’s Gemma Warne and if you’re anything like me, a mum wanting more time, more presence with your children, and less pressure, you’re in the right place.

The day I found out I was going to be a mum, I knew my priorities would change. The only job I’d ever truly wanted was about to begin, and I wasn’t going to sit on the sidelines, watching someone else raise my child.

My initial goal was to be home and fully present with my daughter, to ease the financial pressure on my husband, and to share more family experiences together. Most of all, I wanted the freedom to make decisions without the restrictions of a job or someone else telling me how I should spend my time! 💯

Before starting my online business, I was a Wellness Coach in low-ticket sales. Before going full-time in that, I worked in recruitment for 16 years, doing various admin and management roles, just trying to get my piece of the pie with the same goal as every middle class member of society... to buy a house, take a holiday once a year, and save for the day I can relax at 50-60 years old…

One day, I looked around and saw how happy the older people in my life were with their decisions to stay stuck in jobs they didn’t love... They honestly weren’t happy enough to inspire me to do the same. So, I decided to walk a path no one in my family had walked before! 🙌

Everyone thought I was stupid, saying things like, "You have a good job, just stick to it." And when I told them I was going to make money online, they tried to make me question my choices...

I ignored EVERYONE! 😅

Fast forward to today, I’m a stay at home mum and have started homeschooling my daughter. 📚 I’m able to be present and continue to build my business and income around my family. 👨‍👩‍👧

Moral of the story? Listen to people who have done it, who are where you want to be, not to those who assume they could do it better... No one became a professional dancer by critiquing performances from the sidelines while sitting on the sofa! 💁🏼‍♀️
